Strawberry overnight muesli

Preparation
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 dl milk
- 200 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 g strawberries, cut into pieces

- 360 g plain yoghurt
- 150 g strawberries, cut into slices

And that's how it's done
Preparation
Puree the strawberries with the honey and milk. Mix the oats and salt in a bowl, pour in the strawberry milk, mix, cover and chill for approx. 8 hrs. or overnight.
To serve
Divide the muesli between four jars, top with half of the strawberries and the yoghurt, garnish with the remaining strawberries.
