Porridge
  • 2 dl almond drink
  • 100 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
  • 30 g buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 organic lemon, use thinly peeled zest, set aside, all of the juice
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
Topping
  • 20 g buckwheat
  • 20 g freeze-dried fruit mix
  • 125 g strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 bunch peppermint, finely chopped

Porridge
Bring the almond milk, oat flakes, buckwheat and hemp seeds to the boil, simmer for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, allow to absorb for 2-3 mins. Stir in the strawberries, maple syrup and lemon juice.
Topping
Top the porridge with the strawberries, buckwheat, freeze-dried fruit, mint and reserved lemon zest.
