This is needed
for 2 people
Berries
- 4 tbsp dried aronia berries
- 1 dl water, hot
- 4 tbsp dried blackcurrants
Bowl
View these products
- 100 g courgette, diced
- 0.25 g cucumber, diced
- 4 pitted dates
- 50 g frozen chopped spinach
- a little pepper (e.g. Exotic Mix)
- 2 dl coconut milk
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp whole-grain rolled oats
- 2 tsp mixed seeds

And that's how it's done
Berries
Place the berries in a bowl, pour over the water and leave to soak for approx. 30 mins.
Bowl
Put half the berries to one side, and add the rest to the blender jug with the water used for soaking. Add the courgettes and the remaining ingredients up to and including the pepper. Blend. Divide between two bowls, and sprinkle the remaining berries and the seed mix on top.
