Veal steaks with artichokes

This is needed
for 2 people
Steaks
- 200 g veal frying steaks (minute steaks)
- 0.25 tsp salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white flour
Dressing
View these products
- 2 dl single cream for sauces
- 1 glass artichoke hearts in oil (approx. 280 g), drained, quartered
- 0.25 tsp salt
- a little pepper
- 0.25 bunch sage, finely chopped

And that's how it's done
Steaks
Season the meat, coat in flour and fry in hot oil for approx. 1 min. on each side, remove.
Dressing
Add the artichokes to the same pan and fry for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 5 mins., season. Return the steaks to the pan and heat gently. Sprinkle sage on top.
