Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, salt the chicken, fry for approx. 3 mins. on each side, transfer to the prepared dish. Combine the cream, lemon zest and lemon juice with 40 g of parmesan, season, pour over the chicken breasts. Top with the remainder of the parmesan.
Approx. 15 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
