Grease 8 holes of a muffin tin with a little oil. Roll out the dough, cut into 8 equal pieces (approx. 9 x 12 cm). Place the pieces of dough in the prepared tin.
Mix the peas and crème fraîche, season with salt, divide between the holes. Halve the tomatoes, cut the mozzarella into 6 pieces, arrange the mozzarella and tomatoes on top of the peas, season.
Approx. 20 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, tear off the oregano leaves, scatter on top.
