Mix kalettes with oil, season. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Approx. 12 mins. in the centre of a (fan) oven preheated to 200°C.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the gnocchi for approx. 5 mins., then remove. Add the gorgonzola and milk to the same pan and stir until they form a smooth sauce, season. Add gnocchi, mix with the sauce. Sprinkle kalettes over the gnocchi.
