Sweetcorn and chipolatas
Heat the raclette grill. Fry the sweetcorn in the raclette pan with a little oil for approx. 3 mins. Slice the chipolatas into pieces approx. 1 cm wide, fry on the grill for approx. 5 mins.
Place the cheese slices in the raclette pans, top with the sweetcorn and chipolata pieces, season. Melt the cheese under the raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
