- 230 g pear halves in syrup, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp honey
- 30 g walnut kernels, coarsely chopped
- 800 g raclette cheese in slices (e.g. smoked raclette cheese)

And that's how it's done
Raclette
Place the pear segments in portions in the raclette pans, top with slices of cheese, walnuts and ¼ tsp of honey per pan. Melt under a raclette oven grill for approx. 8 mins.
