Crunchy topping
Finely chop the nuts, mix with the oats and sugar, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 8 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool.
Cream
Combine the quark and chocolate powder, divide between small bowls, add the crunchy topping.
