Clover Club Cocktail

for 4 glasses
Cocktail
- 2.5 dl gin
- 50 g frozen raspberries, slightly defrosted, some set aside
- 2 fresh egg whites
- 6 tbsp raspberry syrup
- 3 lemon, use only the juice (approx. 300 ml)
- ice cubes

And that's how it's done
Cocktail
Pour 125 ml of gin, 6 tbsp of lemon juice, 3 tbsp of syrup, half of the raspberries and 1 egg white into a shaker, shake for approx. 15 secs. Add ice cubes, shake for a further 30 secs. Pour through a sieve into two glasses. Repeat the process. Garnish the glasses with the reserved raspberries.
