To melt the chocolate
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 100 g butter
To shape
- 50 g cornflakes
- 50 g flaked almonds

And that's how it's done
To melt the chocolate
Break the chocolate into pieces, place in a thin-sided bowl, cut the butter into pieces, add to the bowl. Suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and butter, stir until smooth.
To shape
Empty the cornflakes and flaked almonds into the chocolate, mix. Using two teaspoons, shape the mixture into approx. 20 mounds on a chopping board lined with baking paper, chill for approx. 1 hr.
