This is needed
for 3 glass
Curried salt
- 40 g Banana chips
- 1 tbsp mild curry powder
- 3 tsp chilli flakes
- 100 g salt
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Fragrant Fleur de Sel
- 1 tsp Tasmanian pepper
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 3 tsp dried flowers
- 100 g sea salt
Wintry salt mix
- 1 tsp bourbon vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 100 g sea salt
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder

And that's how it's done
Curried salt
In a food processor, finely grind the banana chips and all the ingredients up to and including sesame seeds. Mix in the salt, pour into a preserving jar, seal.
Fragrant Fleur de Sel
Using a pestle and mortar, finely crush the pepper and rosemary. Stir in the edible flowers and Fleur de Sel, pour into a preserving jar, seal.
Wintry salt mix
In a food processor, roughly grind the tomatoes and all the other ingredients, pour into a preserving jar, seal.
