Apple crumble tart

This is needed
for 12 pieces
Tart
- 1 pastry dough, rolled into a circle (270 g)
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 4 apple
Crumble
- 80 g sugar
- 100 g white flour
- 80 g butter, cut into pieces

And that's how it's done
Tart
Roll out the dough, place in with the baking paper the tin (approx. 28 cm Ø), prick firmly with a fork. Spread the nuts over the pastry base. Cut the apple into slices, arrange the apple slices on top.
Crumble
Place the sugar, butter and flour in a bowl, mix well by hand until the mixture becomes crumbly, sprinkle on top of the apples.
To bake
Approx. 35 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, slide onto a cooling rack and leave to cool completely.
