Granola
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, finely chopped
  • 250 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 80 g liquid honey
  • 70 g coconut oil, melted
Filling
  • 180 g plain yoghurt
  • 0.5 apple, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 kiwis, cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts, finely chopped

  • For a muffin tin with 12 holes, each approx. 7 cm in diameter, filled with muffin cases or greased

Granola
In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the coconut oil. Spread the mixture in the prepared tin, press down the base and edges with the back of a spoon.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove and leave to cool in the tin.
Filling
Remove the granola cups from the muffin tin, fill the cups with yoghurt, top with fruit, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with nuts.
