Campari & orange juice
Warm the orange juice, Campari, lemon juice and sugar in a pan, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
Beat the cream until stiff along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt.
Place half of the sponge fingers (sugar side down) in the dish, drizzle with half of the liquid. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top, cover with slices of approx. 1½ oranges. Dip the remaining sponge fingers into the liquid, place on top. Cover with the rest of the mixture and orange slices. Cover the orange tiramisu and chill for approx. 2 hrs. Dust with cocoa powder shortly before serving.
