Pancake skewers with strawberries and bananas

This is needed

Batter
- 100 g wholemeal flour
- 50 g white flour
- 50 g shelled ground almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 dl full-cream milk
- 2 tbsp birnel (pear syrup)
- 1 egg
Pancakes
- clarified butter

- 0.5 lemon
- 2 bananas
- 200 g strawberries
- some short wooden skewers

And that's how it's done
Whisk together the milk, egg and pear syrup, pour into the flour, whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Thread the pancakes, strawberries and banana slices onto the skewers.
Batter
Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Pancakes
Heat a little clarified butter in a large non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, pour as much batter into the pan as it takes to make pancakes of approx. 4 cm in diameter. Once the undersides are cooked they will no longer stick to the pan. Toss the pancakes, finish cooking, cover and set aside. Repeat these steps with the remainder of the batter.
Pancake skewers
Squeeze out the lemon juice. Cut the bananas and strawberries into slices. Drizzle the banana slices with lemon juice.
