Mix the pears with the lime juice, pear syrup and cinnamon, transfer to the prepared ramekins.
Approx. 15 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove.
Mix the nuts, butter, sugar and flour with a fork to form a crumbly mixture. Spread the crumble on top of the pears.
Return to the oven
Bake for approx. 25 mins., remove and allow to cool slightly. Mix the crème fraîche and cinnamon, serve with the crumble.
