  • 250 g plums halved, pitted
  • 600 ml water
  • 250 g blueberries oder Blaubeeren
  • 160 g cane sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Simmer all of the ingredients in a pan over a medium heat for approx. 15 mins., leave to cool. Puree the mixture in a food processor or blender until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a rectangular tin (or ice cream maker, if available). Freeze for approx. 6 hrs., stirring every 40 mins. or so with a fork.
