Prepare the tin
  • a little butter
Quark mixture
  • 2.5 dl full-cream milk
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 250 g half-fat quark
  • 2 egg
  • 1.5 dl water
  • 0.5 tsp bourbon vanilla powder
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Bake
  • 100 g durum wheat semolina
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 50 g almond slivers

Prepare the tin
Grease a tin (approx. 2 l) with butter.
Quark mixture
Place the milk and apricots in a measuring cup, soak for approx. 10 mins. Add the quark, eggs, water, vanilla, cinnamon and salt, puree.
Bake
Transfer the quark mixture and semolina to the tin, mix well. Top with the raspberries.
Sprinkle with almond slivers.
To bake
Approx. 40 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
