Mix the flour, chocolate cubes, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add the milk and butter. Using the dough hook on a food processor, knead for approx. 10 mins. on a low setting to form a soft, smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 1 hr. until doubled in size. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 38 cm).
Cut the dough lengthwise into 4 strips, brush with a little water. Wrap one strip of dough loosely around each stick.
Grill the bread twists over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C, for approx. 12 mins. on all sides, allow to cool slightly.
