Blood orange sour

This is needed
for 4 glasses
Orange & rosemary syrup
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 0.5 dl water
- 50 g sugar
- 2 organic orange (e.g. blood oranges), zest peeled thinly with a peeler, juice set aside
Sour
- 2 dl vodka
- 1 lime, the whole juice
- ice cubes
- 2 fresh egg whites
- 0.5 organic orange (e.g. blood oranges), sliced
- 4 sprigs rosemary

And that's how it's done
Orange & rosemary syrup
Bring the water, sugar, orange zest and rosemary to the boil in a pan, simmer until the sugar has dissolved, leave to cool.
Sour
Transfer half of the vodka, lime juice and egg whites to a shaker along with half of the reserved blood orange juice and 2 tbsp of syrup, shake for approx. 15 secs. Add half of the ice cubes, shake for a further 30 secs. Pour through a sieve into two glasses. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Garnish the sour with orange slices and rosemary.
