Chop the chocolate. Pour the milk into a pan and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk. Remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate, melt while stirring.
Quarter the marzipan carrot, shape into noses.
Use the sugar decorating pen to draw the mouth and eyes on the marshmallows, place the marzipan nose in the middle. Pour the hot chocolate into the mugs, top with the marshmallows.
