Bring the water to the boil, remove the pan from the heat, add the teabags, cover and leave to steep for approx. 10 mins. Remove the bags, stir the honey into the tea, leave to cool.
In a large bowl, carefully mix the nectarines with all the other ingredients up to and including the icing sugar, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 30 mins. Pour in the tea, add the ice cubes, serve.
