Fruit syrup
  • 2 dl water
  • 2 peaches, cut into wedges
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 lemon, the whole juice
  • 1.5 litres sparkling mineral water
  • 100 g raspberries
  • ice cubes
  • 200 g cherries, pitted, halved

Fruit syrup
Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a pan, simmer for approx. 3 mins. Place the peach in a large jug, pour in the syrup, leave to cool, cover and chill for approx. 2 hrs.
Pour the lemon juice and mineral water into the fruit syrup. Add the cherries, raspberries and ice cubes.
