- 1.5 dl coconut water
- 25 g wheatgrass (organic)
- 180 g natural soya
- 0.5 cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1 lime, the whole juice
- 1 cm ginger, finely grated
- 1 mangoes, cut into pieces

And that's how it's done
Place the wheatgrass and coconut water in a blending cup, puree until smooth (approx. 1 min.), pour through a sieve, puree with the remaining ingredients.
