Winter mojito

This is needed
for 4 glasses
Mojitos
- 2 dried figs, quartered
- 6 tbsp white rum
- 6 dl sparkling mineral water
- 2 half-blood orange rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
To decorate
- 4 dried figs, quartered
- ice cubes, crushed
- 4 wooden skewers
- 1 half-blood orange rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into pieces
- 4 sprigs peppermint

And that's how it's done
Mojitos
Divide the oranges, figs and sugar between the glasses, crush gently with a fork. Add the rum, pour in the water.
To decorate
Thread the figs and pieces of orange onto the skewers. Divide the crushed ice and mint between the glasses, garnish with the skewered fruit.
