Pour the rum, pineapple juice, coffee liqueur and lime juice into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Fill a highball glass approx. ¾ full with ice cubes, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.
Pour in the Cola, slice the lime several times to create a fan but do not cut all the way through. Decorate the cocktail with the lime fan and coffee beans.
