Frozen coconut yoghurt

Mixture
- 1 lime, 1 tbsp juice
- 50 g icing sugar
- 150 g coconut milk yoghurt
- 1 dl coconut milk
To decorate

- 2 passion fruit, halved, pulp scooped out
- 1 kiwis, diced
- 0.5 mangoes, sliced

And that's how it's done
Mixture
Combine the yoghurt, icing sugar and lime juice in a large stainless steel bowl. Stir in the coconut milk, cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs., stirring 3 times.
To decorate
Divide the frozen coconut yoghurt into bowls, top with fruit.
