Mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the yeast. Pour in the water and honey. Knead the dough for approx. 5 mins. using the dough hook on a food processor. Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 1 hr.
Divide the dough into 12 portions, shape into round rolls, place on a sheet of baking paper, cover and leave to rise for approx. 1 hr. Brush the rolls with water, sprinkle with the rolled oats.
Place the baking tray in the lower half of the oven, preheat the oven to 240°C. Slide the baking paper and rolls carefully onto the hot baking tray. Turn the oven down to 220°C. Bake for approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of the oven. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a cooling rack.
