Berry ice cubes
  • 100 g frozen berry mixture
  • water
Lemon ice cubes
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 2 dl water
  • 2 sprigs peppermint
  • 7 dl non-alcoholic champagne
  • ice cube tray, Apron, Jug , Measuring cup, Paring knife, Timer, Cutting board, Kitchen scales, Spoon

Berry ice cubes
Place the berries in an ice cube tray, fill to the rim with water, cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs.
Lemon ice cubes
Halve the lemon, quarter one half lengthwise, cut into thin slices. Squeeze out the other half of the lemon, mix with the water. Tear off the mint leaves, place in the wells of the other ice cube tray along with the lemon slices, top with the lemon water, cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs.
Pour the non-alcoholic sparkling wine into a jug, add the berry and lemon ice cubes, serve.
