  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 1 parcel vanilla sugar
  • 75 g sugar
  • 150 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
To shape
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • Apron, Bowl, Mixer, Plate, Rubber spatula, Tablespoon, Timer, deep plate, Kitchen scales, Cling film

Place the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, mix well using the whisk on a mixer.
Mix the oat flakes and cocoa, mix into the butter mixture together with the orange juice. Cover and chill for approx. 30 mins.
To shape
Empty the coconut flakes into a deep dish. Shape the dough into approx. 30 walnut-sized balls, toss the balls in the coconut flakes, place on a plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
