Swedish chocolate balls (Chokladbollar)

Dough
- 100 g butter, soft
- 1 parcel vanilla sugar
- 75 g sugar
- 150 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
To shape
- 50 g coconut flakes

And that's how it's done
Mix the oat flakes and cocoa, mix into the butter mixture together with the orange juice. Cover and chill for approx. 30 mins.
Dough
Place the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, mix well using the whisk on a mixer.
To shape
Empty the coconut flakes into a deep dish. Shape the dough into approx. 30 walnut-sized balls, toss the balls in the coconut flakes, place on a plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
