Fish
  • 600 g salmon fillets without skin, cut into approx. 3 cm chunks
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp white flour
Cucumbers and tomatoes
  • 2 cucumber halved, deseeded, cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 30 g butter
  • a little pepper
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped

Fish
Season the salmon and toss in the flour. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, fry the salmon in batches for approx. 2 mins. on each side, remove from the pan, keep warm.
Cucumbers and tomatoes
Heat the butter in the same pan. Sauté the cucumbers for approx. 5 mins. Mix in the tomatoes, season, serve with the fish. Sprinkle with chives.
