- 1 courgettes (approx. 300 g), chopped, frozen
- 2 kiwis, peeled, chopped
- 1 bananas, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp dandelion spread
- 2 tbsp white almond cream
- 0.5 dl lemon juice
- 5 dl coconut water or water
- 0.25 tsp spirulina

Place the courgette in a blender along with all the other ingredients, puree until smooth, pour into glasses.
