  • 1 onions
  • 500 g minced meat (beef and pork)
  • 80 g diced bacon
  • 1.5 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Italian herb mix
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Cocktail sauce
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Herb sauce
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 bunch chives

  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 tomato
  • 8 bread rolls
  • 8 slices Gruyère

Burgers
Roughly grate the courgette into a bowl. Finely chop the onion, add to the bowl along with the meat and all the other ingredients, mix.
With wet hands, shape the mixture into 8 burgers, flatten a little.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
With the lid down, grill the burgers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 7 mins. on each side.
Cocktail sauce
Combine the quark with the remaining ingredients.
Herb sauce
Combine the quark and balsamic, season.
Chop the chives using scissors, mix in.
Burger party
Thinly slice the cucumber and tomatoes. Remove the lettuce leaves. Cut the bread rolls in half crosswise. Arrange all the ingredients on a chopping board. Top the bottom half of the rolls with your choice of filling, cover with the top half.
