Skewers
- 12 chipolatas
- 4 wooden skewers
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 courgettes, halved lengthwise, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
- 1 red peppers, halved, quartered
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian herb mix

And that's how it's done
Skewers
Thread the chipolatas and vegetables alternately onto the wooden skewers. Mix the oil and herbs, use to coat the meat and vegetables.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
