Kebabs
  • 1 organic lemon, use grated zest only
  • 4 chicken breasts (approx. 170 g each), cut crosswise into slices approx. 1 cm thick
  • 1 tbsp thyme leaf, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 slices bacon, halved
  • 2 peaches, cut into slices
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for approx. 30 mins.

Kebabs
Mix the chicken with the lemon zest, thyme, oil and salt. Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon. Thread the chicken and peach slices alternately onto the skewers.
