Add the spices to a non-stick frying pan and toast briefly over a medium heat. Using the whisk on a hand mixer, beat the butter for approx. 2 mins., stir in the spices and salt.
Pull the leaves of the corn cobs upwards and remove the fibres. Coat the corn cobs with half of the butter, tightly wrap each cob in foil.
Grill the corn cobs over/on a low heat (approx. 180 °C for approx. 45 mins. Remove the foil, brush with the remainder of the butter.
