Combine the honey, soy sauce, harissa and nutmeg, coat the sausages with the marinade. Set aside the remainder of the marinade.
Cook the potatoes in salted water for approx. 20 mins. until just soft, drain and cut in half. Mix the potatoes, onions and oil.
Whisk together the mustard, balsamic and oil in a bowl. Stir in the chives, season with salt.
With the lid down, grill the potatoes, spring onions and sausages over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 10 mins., turning occasionally. Add the potatoes and onions to the dressing, mix. Cut the sausage diagonally into pieces, mix with the remainder of the marinade, serve with the potato salad.
