Sausage skewers
- 1 courgettes
- 1 red peppers
- 12 chipolatas
- 100 g mushrooms
- 4 wooden skewers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian herb mix

Mix the oil and herbs, use to coat the meat and vegetables.
Sausage skewers
Halve the courgette lengthwise, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces. Halve the pepper and cut each half into quarters. Thread the chipolatas and vegetables alternately onto the wooden skewers.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
