  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 dl water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 75 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
  • 1 clementines, peeled, chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp poppy seed
  • 1 clementines, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, use a little grated zest and all of the juice
  • 75 g vegan oat yoghurt

  • 1 clementines, cut into wedges

And that's how it's done
Bring the water, sugar, salt and oat flakes to the boil in a pan, add the clementine, simmer over a low heat for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Mix in the poppy seeds, oat yoghurt, clementine zest and juice. Serve the porridge.
