Watermelon ice
- 0.25 watermelons cut into chunks, deseeded (yields approx. 250 g)
- 2 tbsp elderflower syrup
Charentais ice
- 1 tbsp elderflower syrup
- 0.5 melon (e.g. Charentais), deseeded, cut into chunks (yields approx. 200 g)
Muskmelon ice
- 1 tbsp elderflower syrup
- 0.5 melon (e.g. Muskmelon), deseeded, cut into chunks (yields approx. 200 g)

And that's how it's done
Watermelon ice
Puree the melon with the syrup, pour into the ice lolly moulds, freeze for approx. 2 hrs.
Charentais ice
Puree the melon with the syrup. Pour the melon juice on top of the first frozen melon mixture, insert the sticks, freeze for approx. 2 hrs.
Muskmelon ice
Puree the melon with the syrup. Pour the melon juice on top of the second frozen melon mixture. Freeze for approx. 4 hrs.
