Place the pastry and baking paper in the quiche tin, prick with a fork. Combine the cottage cheese and crème fraîche, spread over the pastry base. Mix the red pesto and capers, spoon on top of the cottage cheese, create an even marble effect using a wooden skewer.
Approx. 35 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin, serve warm.
