Peanut & cinnamon cookies

- 120 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
- 100 g dark chocolate (e.g. BB baking chocolate)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 150 g peanut butter (Creamy)
- 60 g cane sugar
- 50 g white flour
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 egg, beaten

And that's how it's done
Roughly chop the chocolate, mix with the oat flakes, cinnamon, peanut butter and sugar.
Stir in the flour, egg, honey and salt, mix together. Using a tablespoon, create 12 mounds on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of room between each cookie, flatten slightly.
Bake for approx. 10 mins. in a (convection) oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool on a cooling rack.
