To prepare the one-pot
Peel the potato, cut the potato and apple into equally sized (approx. 1 cm) pieces. Cut the spring onion into thin slices and the bacon into pieces.
Cook the One-pot
Place the pasta, apple, onion, potato and bacon with the cream and stock into a broad pan, mix, bring to the boil. Cook over a medium heat (covered) for approx. 8 mins., stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente.
Grate the cheese finely, mix in with the pasta, season.
