One-pot pasta
  • 600 g Swiss chard, cut into thin slices
  • 350 g pasta (e.g. orecchiette)
  • 3 spring onion incl. green part, cut into rings
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2 dl single cream for sauces
  • 6 dl water
To serve
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
  • 60 g grated Sbrinz

One-pot pasta
Place the pasta and all the other ingredients up to and including the water in a pan, mix and bring to the boil. Cook over a medium heat (uncovered) for approx. 15 mins., stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente.
To serve
Mix the tomatoes and cheese in with the pasta. Sprinkle the pine nuts and parsley on top.
