  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 600 g pork strips
  • 3 spring onion incl. green part
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 200 g bean sprouts
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 20 g sesame seeds

Heat the oil in a wok or a wide-bottomed frying pan. Brown the meat in batches for approx. 4 mins. per batch, remove from the pan, season.
Finely chop the spring onions, slice the green part into rings and set aside. Deseed the chilli pepper and slice it into rings. Heat a little oil in the same pan, stir-fry the spring onions and chilli pepper for approx. 2 mins. Add the soy sauce and water, cover and simmer for approx. 2 mins.
Toast the sesame seeds, add them to the pan along with the reserved onion greens, bean sprouts and meat, mix and heat gently. Serving suggestion: Basmati or fragrant rice.
