Fry the Landjäger in a hot frying pan without any oil for approx. 4 mins. until crispy, drain on paper towels, leave to cool a little. Add the chives and mix well.
Place the flour in a bowl and create a well in the centre. Combine the milk, water and eggs gradually pour into the well while mixing with a whisk, continue mixing until the batter is smooth, stir in the Landjäger and chives, season. Cover and leave to stand at room temperature for approx. 30 mins.
Heat a little oil in a small, non-stick frying pan. Pour enough batter into the pan so that the pancake is approx. 5 mm thick and approx. 8 cm in diameter, reduce the heat. When the underside is cooked and does not stick to the pan, turn the pancake, finish cooking, remove and keep warm. Repeat for the remaining Landjäger pancakes.
