Bacon-wrapped onions and dip
Wrap the bacon around the onion rings. Combine the chopped onions, quark and all the ingredients up to and including rosemary, season.
Grill the onion rings over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C, for approx. 6 mins. all over. Salt the chops and grill with the onion rings for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
