Combine the honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Season the cutlets, coat with 2 tbsp of the marinade.
With the lid down, grill the cutlets over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side. Cover and leave to rest for approx. 5 mins. Carve the meat across the grain, serve with the remainder of the marinade.
